Library Tour Request
Request a tour of particular libraries

Faculty, staff, and student organizations of the University of Florida (UF) and the Gainesville community may request a library tour for their class, group, and/or program. These sessions are held in person. If you are looking for a library instruction session followed by a tour at the hosting branch, please see the Library Instruction page for additional details.

Please note the following when requesting a library tour session:

  • A minimum of one week’s notice is required to ensure your preferred date(s).
  • All requests should receive confirmation within two business days.
  • Faculty and staff are encouraged to accompany their students.
  • If a required field does not apply to your specific request, enter N/A.
  • If more than one branch is selected, the requestor will be contacted by a branch coordinator for each location using the email address provided to schedule the tour. Dates and times may vary.
